摘要
启动子是基因的一个重要组成部分,能控制基因表达的时间和程度,是调控基因表达的关键因子。植物遗传学技术的进步为使用人工启动子定向调控转录活性提供了平台。综述了植物基因工程中非生物逆境人工启动子、病原诱导人工启动子、人工双向启动子方面的研究进展。
Promoter is a key factor for gene expression and plays an important role in the process of plant gene expression and regulation. Technological advances in plant genetics has provided a platform for targeted manipulation of transcriptional activity through synthetic promoter engineering. In this paper, we reviewed research advances in abiotic-stress artificial promoter, pathogen-induced artificial promoter and artificial bidirectional promoter.
