摘要
基于现有产品生态设计方法及相关标准,针对工业固废资源化产品存在的质量问题以及重金属、残留酸碱等环境风险问题,建立了一套适用于该产品的生态设计方法。重点分析了资源化过程中毒害组分的控制体系、固废资源属性和评价指标体系。进而应用该方法对粉煤灰硅酸盐水泥(70%熟料+30%粉煤灰)进行产品生态设计,并对其进行产品生命周期评价。评价表明,生态设计的单位粉煤灰硅酸盐水泥的环境影响小于单位硅酸盐水泥,且其毒害组分含量符合相应法规和标准的要求。
This paper considers the quality problems as well as the environmental risks in heavy metal, remaining acid and alkali and so on in the recycling products, and establishes an eco-design method applying to the product of industrial solid wastes based on the present ecological product design methodology and relevant standards. It analyzes the controlled system of toxic components in recycling process, the resource properties of solid waste and the evaluation index system with emphasis. Then the ecological design of fly ash Portland cement (70%clinker +30% fly ash) is performed by this method, and given life cycle assessment. The evaluation results show that the ecological index of fly ash Portland cement is smaller than Portland cement, and the toxic components content are in accordance with the appropriate regulations and standards.
