摘要
在攀钢半密闭式钛渣电炉上采用循序渐进提高钛渣品位的方法,开展了80%、83%、85%氯化渣冶炼试验,通过对试验中出现的问题进行分析研究,采取优化工艺操作技术以及装备改进,实现了冶炼85%氯化渣连续稳定进行,取得了较好的效果,在半密闭式大型钛渣电炉上具有广阔的应用前景。
By upgrading the Titania slag gradually from 80% to 85%, an experiment was done in Panggang No. 2 semi--closed Titania slag electric furnace. Main problems in the experiment had been studied. Then, by optimizing the process technique and improving some equipment, a con- tinuous and stable smelting of 85 % Titania slag in semi--closed and large furnace was implemen- ted, which has a wide application prospect.
