摘要
目前我国大部分硫酸、磷肥生产装置循环水系统中普遍存在水泵运行效率低、高能耗、震动噪音大以及汽蚀等问题。经流体高效输送节能技术技改后,可以在节能的同时改善这些问题,通过大量的实验及成功的改造案例,证明了流体高效输送节能技术的可行性,并且能够取得良好的经济效益和社会效益。
In the circulating water systems among most sulfuric acid and phosphate fertilizer production facilities in China,there are common problems in the water pumps,including low efficiency,high energy consumption,big vibrating noise and cavitation,etc. After revamp with energy-saving technology for high-efficiency fluid transfer,these problems are improved while achieving energy saving. Through many experiments and successful revamp cases,it is demonstrated that the energy-saving technology for high-efficiency fluid transfer is feasible,and excellent economic benefit and social benefit can be achieved.
