左心室血液低密度诊断成人贫血的准确性探讨 被引量:1

摘要 目的分析左心室血液及室间隔CT值与血红蛋白浓度的关系。方法收集27例CT平扫示左心室血液低密度、并经外周血检验证实为贫血的成人患者,采用双变量相关pearson方法分析左心室CT差值(室间隔CT值与左心室血液CT值之差)、CT比值(左心室血液CT值与室间隔CT值之比)、左心室血液CT值、室间隔CT值与血红蛋白浓度(HGB)的关系。结果27例贫血患者心脏CT值与HGB浓度的关系:(1)HGB浓度与CT差值相关性:r=-0.567,P<0.01;(2)HGB浓度与CT比值相关性:r=0.558,P<0.01;(3)HGB浓度与左心室血液CT值相关性:r=0.420,P=0.029;(4)HGB与室间隔CT值的相关性:r=-0.298,P=0.132。结论左心室CT差值、CT比值及左心室血液CT值与HGB浓度显著线性相关,是左心室血液低密度诊断贫血的可靠依据;而室间隔CT值与HGB浓度无显著相关性。 Objective To analyze the correlation of left ventricular blood CT, ventricular septum CT and hemoglobin concentration. Methods We collected 27 adult patients with anemia proved by peripheral blood test and low density of left ventricular blood on plain CT scan, and analysed the correlation of CT difference ( difference between ventricular septum CT and left ventricular blood CT), CT ratio( ratio of left ventrieular blood CT to ventricular septum CT), left ventficular blood CT,ventricular septum CT and hemoglobin concentration with bivariate correlation analysis pearson method. Results Correlation of HGB concentration and CT was r = - 0.567, P 〈 0.01. Correlation of HGB concentration and the CT ratio was r = 0. 558, P 〈 0. 01. Correlation of HGB concentration and left ventricular blood CT was r = 0. 420, P = 0. 029. Correlation of HGB concentration and ventricular septum CT was r = - 0.298, P = 0.132. Conclusions CT difference, CT ratio and blood CT of left ventricular have significantly linear correlation with HGB concentration, which is the reliable basis of diagnosing anemia by low density of left ventricular blood. The ventrieular septum CT has not significantly linear correlation with HGB concentration.
