摘要
目的:探讨急性髓细胞白血病(AML)初诊患者外周血中CD4+CD25+FOXP3+调节性T细胞的表达及临床意义。方法:采用流式细胞术检测57例AML初诊患者及15例健康对照者外周血中CD4+CD25+、CD4+FOXP3+、CD4+CD25+FOXP3+调节性T细胞的表达。结果:AML初诊患者外周血中CD4+CD25+、CD4+FOXP3+、CD4+CD25+FOXP3+调节性T细胞的比例均明显高于健康对照者(均P<0.01)。AML中4种主要亚型(M2、M3、M4、M5)患者外周血中上述指标表达均无明显差异(均P>0.05)。结论:AML初诊患者CD4+CD25+FOXP3+调节性T细胞比例增高可能是患者免疫抑制并导致肿瘤免疫逃逸的重要原因之一。
Objective:To investigate the changes of CD4^+CD25^+FOXP3^+regulatory T cells in peripheral blood of acute myeloid leukemia(AML).Method:The flow cytometry was used to evaluate the population of CD4^+ CD25^+FOXP3^+regulatory T cells in the peripheral blood of the 57patients with AML before therapy and 15 healthy controls.Result:The percentages of CD4^+CD25^+,CD4^+FOXP3^+and CD4^+CD25^+FOXP3^+regulatory T cells in AML patients were significantly higher than those in the normal controls(P〈0.01),while no significant differences in four major subtypes of AML(M2,M3,M4,M5)(P〉0.05).Conclusion:Increased proportion of CD4^+CD25^+FOXP3^+regulatory T cells in patients with newly diagnosed AML may be an important reason for leading to immune suppression and tumor immune escape.
