摘要
利用实时数字仿真系统(RTDS)产生多种形式的谐波源,输入感应式电能表进行电能计量,研究单一谐波、谐波功率方向以及基波功率叠加某一次谐波功率时,谐波对感应式电能表计量准确性的影响。结果表明,感应式电能表能够准确计量基波电能,但在谐波情况下不能准确计量,即当谐波功率方向与基波功率方向相同时,电能表的实测值均小于总电能量的理论值,但测量值大于基波电能值;谐波功率方向与基波功率方向相反时,电能表的实测值大于总电能量理论值,且小于基波电能值。该综合实验中谐波源由RTDS装置数字化产生,能灵活方便地模拟多种谐波源,真实再现电力系统谐波对感应式电能表计量准确性的影响。
In order to let the students understand the harmonic in power system and the induction meter principle, a comprehensive experimental study on harmonic of induction electric energy meter effect is conducted. Various forms of harmonic sources are produced on utilizing the real-time digital simulation (RTDS). Then the harmonic is inputted into the induction electric energy meter for electric energy metering. So as to study the harmonic influence to induction electric energy meter accuracy in the case of single harmonic, harmonic power direction, and the fundamental power superposition of a harmonic power. The experimental results show that induction electric energy meter can accurately measure the total quantity of fundamental wave electric energy, but not in the harmonic case. Namely, when harmonic power and fundamental wave power have the same direction, the measured value of meter is less than the theoretical value of the total theoretical electric energy, but the measured value is greater than the fundamental wave energy value ; When the direction of harmonic power is opposite to fundamental wave power, the measured value is more than the total value and less than the value of fundamental wave. This comprehensive experiment can simulate many kinds of harmonic sources produced by RTDS digital device easily and flexibly, and can be a true reproduction of the influence of power system harmonic to induction meter accuracy.
