摘要
本文通过全面介绍乌节路Orchard Turn和穗莞深城际轨道虎门商贸城站上盖物业两个案例,梳理总结地铁站点上盖综合体物业的开发控制指标体系,并结合TOD开发的"3D"原则,为该类综合开发项目的开发控制提供参考思路。
By presenting two practices of Station Property ——Orchard Turn, Singapore and Humen Shangmao Station, Dongguan, this paper mainly explores the planning control measures in the development of Station Property. Base on the '3D principles' of TOD, it also stresses the key issues and the pivotal indicators in the Development Control system.
