摘要
阐述了对《金属材料拉伸试验第1部分:室温试验方法》新标准中关于试验要求方面的理解,包括试验机零点的设置、试样夹持方法的确定、试验速率和控制方式的设定。在对新标准有深入理解的前提下,阐述了国内某公司自主研发生产的材料试验机在功能实现上是如何适应新标准要求,添加相应功能的。其中增加的应变控制功能实现了很多国产试验机无法实现的真正意义上的应变控制功能,并给出了相应的试验数据,从试验结果中可以看出,该公司自主研发生产的试验机在应变控制上稳定可靠,更加接近真实值。
The realization about the ((Metallic Materials-Tensile Testing-Partl: Method of Test at Room Tempera- ture)) was introduced such as the zero setting, the method of clamping, test rate and control methods setting. Based on the deep understanding of the new standard, the functions of a test machine developed by a international company were expounded. The new function of strain rate control realized the authentic strain rate control that many other test machines can't realize. The test results show that the strain rate control of the test machine was very accurate and stable.
