Comparison of the retinal image quality with a double-pass instrument and i-Trace abrrometer

摘要 目的使用OQAS系统和i-Trace像差仪比较超声乳化白内障摘除联合植入非球面工晶状体(IOL)在不同空间频率下的调制传递函数(MTF),并分析客观散射指数(OSI)与全眼高阶像差的相关性。方法回顾性病例系列研究。对2012年3~12月在天津市眼科医院收集年龄相关性白内障术后植入非球面IOL至少3个月的患者50例(60只眼),使用OQAS系统测量患者4mm瞳孔下的眼内客观OSI和在空间频率5、10、15、20、25cpd下的MTF值;使用i-Trace像差仪测量患者4mm瞳孔下的全眼高阶像差和在空间频率5、10、15、20、25cpd下的MTF值。并按照眼内客观OSI的大小将患者分为两组:A组21只眼(OSI≤0.8),B组39只眼(OSI〉0.8),对各组数据行正态检验后,对A、B组MTF进行配对样本f检验,并对眼内客观OSI和全眼高阶像差进行线性相关分析比较。结果4mm瞳孔下,A组的OQAS和i-Trace测量的MTF在5、10、15cpd下的差异没有统计学意义(P〉0.05),在20、25cpd下的差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05);B组的OQAS和i-Trace测量的MTF在5、10、15、20、25cpd下的差异均有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。两组客观OSI与全眼的高阶像差之问差异无统计学意义(P〉0.05)。结论当人工品状体眼的OSI较小时,OQAS双通道系统和i-Trace像差仪在评估人工晶状体眼的视觉质量时具有较好的一致性,当人下晶状体眼的散射值较大时,i-Trace像差仪高估了人工晶状体眼的视常质量:人工晶状体眼的眼内散射佰和令眼的高阶像善岁间沿右相关件. Objective To compare the MTF measured by the double-pass method and i-Trace ab-errometer. Methods It was a retrospective case series study. The aspheric acrylic intraocular lenses were implanted into 60 eyes in cataract surgery, Straylight on the retina and MTF at different frequrencies of the eyes at 4ram pupil size was measured with double-pass system; aberration and MTF at different frequencies of the eyes at 4mm pupil size was measured with i-Trace aberrometer. The patients were divided into two groups according OSI: group A, 21 eyes (OSI≤0.8); group B, 39 eyes (OSI〉0.8). The Difference between groups was evaluated by paired t test. Relationship be-tween straylight parameter (OSI) and aberration was evaluated by Pearson correlation analysis. Re-sults At 4 mm pupil size, there was no significant difference between the MTF in group A at 5, 10, 15cpd (P 〉0.05). There was a significant differences between the MTF in group B at 5, 10, 15, 20, 25epd (P 〈0.05). There was no correlation between the OSI and aberration. Conclusions At 4 mm pupil size, when the straylight is small, both the double-pass method and i-Trace aberrometer can evaluate the MTF well, when the straylight iss bigger, the i-Trace aberrometer overestimated the MTF. There is no correlation between the OSI and aberration.
