建筑工程的施工工期是招投标阶段的重要内容之一,是施工单位现场管理的核心内容之一。基于工期管理的原则,分析建筑工程工期管理工法的四个步骤,即组织管理、确定工期目标、工程量和用工的统计管理、工期考核。
The construction period of construction is an important part of the bidding phase, the construction unit is one of the core content of the site management.
