摘要
目的:探讨综合护理干预对老年冠心病患者生活质量的影响效果。方法:采集笔者所在科室收治入院的90例老年冠心病患者,平均分为对照组和干预组,两组均采用氯吡格雷药物治疗,对照组采用常规临床护理方法进行护理,干预组根据患者具体情况进行综合护理干预,观察两组情况。结果:干预组总有效率为93.33%,优于对照组的75.56%(P<0.05)。结论:综合护理干预对老年冠心病患者治愈有着明显的效果,能有效的提高老年冠心病患者的生活质量。
Objective：To explore the influence effect of comprehensive nursing intervention on lives quality of old-age coronary disease patients. Method：90 cases old-age coronary disease patients treated in author’s hospital were divided into control group and intervention group on the average,patients of two groups were given clopidogrel therapy,the control group adopted routine clinical nursing care,the intervention group adopted comprehensive nursing intervention according to the specific circumstances of patients,the circumstances of two groups were observed.Result：The total effective rate of intervention group was 93.33%,was higher than control group with 75.56%（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Comprehensive nursing intervention have obvious effect to cure old-age coronary disease patients,can effective improve lives quality of old-age coronary disease patients.
