摘要
通过对细砂过滤器滤料板结的原因进行深入研究与分析,找出滤料板结的影响因素。水质碱度、硬度高是滤料板结的内在原因,反洗强度不够、菌藻滋生等操作及外部环境条件是影响其板结的直接原因和外在原因。根据相应的影响因素制定酸洗、改变反洗方式、冲击性杀菌等预防性措施,使滤料处于一种良好的过滤状态。该方法适用于以矿井水、深井水等高碱度、高硬度水为水源,以砂滤为反渗透预处理的系统,为保证其设备的安全长期运行提供参考。
