摘要
基于团队自省性理论,将团队自省性引入创业团队管理领域,构建了团队自省性与创业绩效关系概念模型,深入分析了科技型创业企业团队创业环境动态性对创业团队自省性与创业绩效关系的中介作用。研究发现,创业团队自省性与创业绩效存在显著的正相关关系,创业环境动态性具有中介作用。创业团队自省性水平的提高,有助于改善创业绩效。
The paper brings team reflexivity into the field of entrepreneurial team management on the base of Team Reflex-ivity Theory ,analyzing the relationship among team reflexivity and entrepreneurial performance with entrepreneurial firms in China .Research show s that the team reflexivity has a positive influence on entrepreneurial performance ,entrepreneurial environment influences the relationship between team reflexivity and entrepreneurial performance .Improving the level of team reflexivity in complex environment can help to improve entrepreneurial performance .
