摘要
以一款增程式电动环卫车为对象,提出APU的工作模式,并依据APU中的小型发动机油耗特性及APU的工作特点,制定出相应的APU功率输出控制策略;最后基于建立的整车仿真模型,利用MATLAB工具的simulink仿真模块进行模拟。通过仿真分析,该型增程式电动环卫车在典型城市公交工况下的节油效果可达45%。
The range-extended EV has the merits of low cost, high fuel economy, low emission and many otheradvantages. The APU efficiency directly affects these performances. The APU start and stop control strategy isparticularly important to improve the efficiency of the APU. The working mode of APU is proposed based on arange-extended sanitation EV. The responding APU power output control strategy is proposed according to the APUworking characteristics. The vehicle simulation model is set up for simulation by the Simulink module in MATLAB.The fuel efficiency of this sanitation EV can reach 45% under the typical city bus working conditions.
