摘要
我国加入WTO已取得实质性进展 ,如何整合我国外贸公司组织结构 ,应对日益临近的全球化开放市场的竞争格局 ,这一问题的紧迫性无疑显得十分突出。
It is a substantial progress for us to join in the WTO.But the problem how to adjust the organizational structure of our foreign trade companies becomes undoubtedly serious with the increasing competition of the opening market throughout he world.There are three models and some ideas about setting up comprehensive companies with Chinese and foreign investment.
