正交试验优化复方苦参涂膜剂提取工艺

摘要 目的优化复方苦参涂膜剂的中药提取工艺。方法选用三因素三水平正交设计实验,以酸性染料比色法测定生物总碱含量,以生物总碱含量及干膏收率的加权综合评分作为工艺筛选的评价指标。结果 9个实验的平均生物总碱含量为2.29 mg/g,干膏收率为40.02%,平均综合分为83.01,中药浸泡温度对工艺影响显著,最佳提取工艺为加入12倍量60%乙醇溶液,70℃水浴浸泡3 h,提取2次。结论优选的加热浸渍提取工艺方法稳定,工艺简单,提取时间短。 Objective To optimize the extraction process of compound Sophora flavescens plastics. Methods The orthogonal design method was adopted. The content of total alkaloids was determined by acid dye Colorimetry. The total alkaloid content and dry extract yield were used as the evaluation index of the screening process. Results The average total alkaloid content of 9 experiments was 2.29 mg/g, dry extract yield was 40.02%, the average score was 83.01. The effect of traditional Chinese medicine soaking temperature on the process was significant, the optimum extraction process was by adding 12 times the amount of 60% ethanol, 70 ~C water immersion for 3 h, extracting 2 times. Conclusion The established method is stable and feasible to optimize the extraction process.
