摘要
防伪技术泛指为防止真品被非法仿造和复制而形成的技术,其手段多种多样。数字印刷领域常用的防伪技术包括特殊承印物、水印、特殊网纹图案以及防伪油墨等。本文在数字加网技术的基础上研究了一种基于微观艺术网点加网的图像防伪技术。首先对数字印刷防伪技术及目前的需求进行了分析,而后提出了微观艺术网点加网的思想。通过模板法和阈值矩阵法两类加网算法建立了微观艺术网点生成模型,并设计实验流程和方案,对原稿图像进行微观艺术网点加网和普通网点加网,比较了两种不同网点加网效果,验证了微观艺术网点加网的的防伪性能。
Anti-counterfeiting technique is widely defined as the technique in which the genuine cannot be illegally copied or produced, whose methods are varied and plentiful. In the field of digital printing, frequently used anticounterfeiting techniques include special printing material, watermark, special overlapping curve and anti-counterfeiting ink, etc. In this paper, based on digital printing technology, a new anti-counterfeiting technique based on microcosmic artistic dot screening was put forward. Firstly, anti-counterfeiting of digital printing and current requirements were analyzed, and then a new thought of microcosmic artistic screening was put forward. By using template method and threshold matrix method, the generating model of microcosmic dot was set up, an experiment process and project was designed, and then microcosmic artistic dot and ordinary dot were used to screen the same manuscript. In the experiment, screening effects of the two types of dots were compared, which testified the anticounterfeiting characteristic of microcosmic artistic dot screening.
