瑞格列奈联合二甲双胍治疗2型糖尿病的疗效观察 被引量：5

摘要 目的：探讨瑞格列奈联合二甲双胍治疗2型糖尿病患者的临床效果分析。方法选择2012年8月～2013年8月门诊就诊的2型糖尿病患者60例作为研究对象，将其随机分为治疗组和对照组，每组各30例。对照组每天服用二甲双胍0.5 g，3次/天；治疗组在对照组基础上服用瑞格列奈1 mg，3次/天。两组治疗周期均为16周。同时，均对两组患者及家属进行糖尿病健康教育，控制饮食以及督促患者进行适当锻炼。结果治疗组与对照组的空腹血糖（FBG）、餐后2 h血糖（2hPG），糖化血红蛋白（HbA1c）均有下降，但治疗组各项指标优于对照组，差异具统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论瑞格列奈联合二甲双胍能有效治疗2型糖尿病。
