摘要
时栅预测卡通过ARM(LPC213)和FPGA(CycloneII)读取一系列时栅传感器测得转台角位移,以此建立时间序列AR模型来预测下一时刻转台的位移增量,并将预测值以PWM方式输出,进而使时栅传感器能作为全闭环数控系统位置检测单元。试验结果表明:时栅预测卡的预测精度在±1″内,能较好地解决时栅输出信号与全闭环数控系统不兼容的问题。
Forecasting embedded system uses ARM( LPC213 )and FPGA(CycloneII) to get the dis- placement of rotary table. The model AR of time series by the displacement is built to forecast increas- mental displacement and output the increasmental displacement by PWM. Time grating sensor can work as displacement sensor of digital control system by forecasting embedded system transferring the signal of time grating sensor. The Experiments show that the precision of forecasting embedded system can reach±1 angle of second. Forecasting embedded system can solve the problem of incompatible.
