摘要
在分析双离合器变速器(DCT)实际运动和受力情况的基础上,选取表征DCT关键零部件运动和受力特征的载荷谱测点,按某企业整车耐久性试验方法在襄阳汽车试验场采集大量载荷谱。对采集的振动冲击载荷谱进行了时域和频域分析,提取了载荷谱特征。结果表明:采集的道路载荷谱真实可靠,具有很好的重复性,为分析和评价DCT关键零部件疲劳可靠性提供了科学有效的基础数据。
Based on analysis of DCT real motion and force, the paper chooses representative points characterize DCT key parts' movement and stress. By referring to durability test methods of an enter- prise, a large number of loading spectrum was acquired on Xiangyang Automobile Proving Ground and was analyzed on time history and frequency domain. The results show the acquired loading spectrum is reliable and well-repetitive, which provides effective data for evaluating the fatigue reliability of DCT key parts.
