摘要
针对某半转速百万千瓦等级核电汽轮发电机组,研究了在应用弹性基础下的轴系振动特性,采用国际上通用的共振转速峰值响应灵敏度Q因子进行轴系动力响应分析和评价,对该型机组采用刚性基础与弹性基础下的轴系动力分析结果进行对比,并进行扭振安全性分析。计算分析结果表明:应用弹性基础条件下,该机型的轴系振动特性计算结果均可满足目前相关设计标准的要求。
To study the shafting vibration characteristics of megawatt-class nuclear power half-speed turbine-generator units with spring foundation, analysis and evaluation were conducted to the shafting dynamic response using universal resonance peak speed response sensitivity factor Q, of which the analysis results were compared for units respectively with rigid and flexible foundations. Meanwhile, safety analysis was also carried out on torsional vibration of the unit. Analysis results show that the calculated shafting vibration characteristics of the unit can meet current requirements of relevant design standards.
