摘要
从高校劳务派遣员工队伍的现状出发,探析该群体在劳动过程中权益得不到充分保障的原因,并通过实践提出对高校劳务派遣员工合法权益保护的对策和建议。
This paper analyzes the present situation of labor dispatched staff from colleges and universities and points out the reason why the labor rights and interests of these staff can not be fully guaranteed. Then,it puts forward practical countermeasures and suggestions to protect their legal rights and interests.
