摘要
利用虚拟现实软件EON Studio设计开发铣刨鼓虚拟维修训练系统。系统采用Solidworks建立三维模型并导入,通过事件路由机制和人机交互、零部件的拾取及拖动、路径规划和碰撞检测等关键技术,直观再现铣刨鼓的结构组成及工作原理,使维修人员在虚拟条件下熟悉铣刨鼓及维修过程,掌握其结构、工作原理、拆装方法和基本维修技能,提供了新的特种机械训练方法。
EON Studio was applied to design and develop a virtual maintenance training system for milling drum of milling machine. A three-dimensional model was built with Solidworks and imported into the system. The structure and working principle of the milling drum were shown by means of crucial technologies including event routing mechanism, human-machine interaction, pick up-and-drag of parts, route planning and collision detection, helping the maintenance personnel get to know the milling drum and its maintenance process in virtual conditions and master the structure, working principle, dismantling and basic maintenance techniques. The virtual maintenance training system provides a training way for special machinery.
