摘要
在对电梯维保专业人才培养过程进行客观分析的基础上，找出目前高技能电梯维保人才培养模式中存在的难点和不足，并提出相应的解决策略一通过政府、学校、企业三方合作的方式，建立符合岗位需求的高等职业电梯专业人才培养模式。
With an objective analysis of training process of the professional personnel in elevator maintenance profession, the difficulties and shortcomings of the training mode of skilled person are found out, and the corresponding solutions are given, that is, based on the tripartite cooperation of government, college and enterprise, a training mode of higher vocational personnel who is suitable for the job requirement of elevator maintenance should be established.
