摘要 钙在果树生长发育中具有重要作用,其参与了植物体很多生理生化代谢。随着钙调素的发现和研究的深入,钙被认为不仅是构成植物体必需的营养元素,更重要的是其作为第二信使全程调控了植株生长和代谢的整个过程,并且在果实品质的形成中发挥了重要作用。从钙在果实细胞中的分布及其作用、钙对果实生理生化的影响、钙对果实品质的影响3个方面,综述了钙在果实生长发育中的作用。 Calcium played an important role in the growth and development of the fruit , which involved a lot of physiological and biochemical metabolism in fruit growth.With the discovery and ind-epth study of calmodulin , the calcium was not only essential macronutrients , but a second messenger which involved in the whole process of fruit metabolism and development.At the same time , calcium played an important function in the formation of fruit quality.From three aspects of the distribution of calcium and its role in the fruit cells , physiological and biochemical effects of calcium on fruit and the impact of calcium on fruit quality , the role of calcium in fruit growth and development was summarized.
