摘要
指出了发展绿色建筑是完成我国节能减排目标的重要途径,绿色建筑的特点导致绿色建筑市场的发展面临深层次的障碍。从市场主体博弈、市场参与的约束条件对绿色建筑市场信息不对称的问题进行了分析,并针对性地提出了相应的治理路径。
The development of green building is an important way to achieve energy conservation and emis- sions reduction target in China. The characteristics of green building lead to great difficulties of developing the green building market. This article reviews the research status of green buildings, analyzes the informa- tion asymmetry problems of the green building market from the game of market players and the constraint conditions of market participation, and provides the corresponding governance measures.
