摘要
目的调查某高校研究生心理健康状况。方法采用分层随机抽样方法,对某高校1245名硕士和博士研究生进行症状自评量表(SCL-90)调查。结果本次调查中研究生心理问题总检出阳性人数141人,占研究生总人数的11.4%。不同性别的研究生在焦虑[男生得分为(1.38±0.38),女生得分为(1.46±0.38)分]、恐怖[男生得分为(1.17±0.29),女生得分为(1.22±0.33)分]2个因子上存在显著差异,且女生在焦虑、恐怖因子上的得分均显著高于男生(t=-3.69,P<0.01;t=-2.778,P<0.01)。不同教育水平的研究生在躯体化[硕士得分为(1.27±0.35),博士得分为(1.18±0.22)分]、强迫[硕士得分为(1.73±0.53),博士得分为(1.64±0.44)分]、人际敏感[硕士得分为(1.52±0.47),博士得分为(1.44±0.41)分]、抑郁[硕士得分为(1.43±0.45),博士得分为(1.27±0.31)分]、敌对[硕士得分为(1.38±0.44),博士得分为(1.29±0.34)分]、恐怖[硕士得分为(1.22±0.33),博士得分为(1.15±0.26)分]、偏执[硕士得分为(1.38±0.40),博士得分为(1.33±0.33)分]因子上存在显著差异,且硕士在各因子上的得分均显著高于博士(P<0.05)。结论本课题研究结果较以往研究有所改善;研究生的心理健康状况在不同性别、不同教育水平上存在显著差异。
Objective To investigate mental health status among graduate students in a college. Methods 1245 graduate students were selected by stratified random sampling method and tested with Symptom Checklist 90 (SCL-90). Results 141 graduate students were found as positive, accounting for 11.4% of graduate students. There were significant differences on anxiety (1.38 ±0. 38) of male (1.46 ±0. 38) of female and terror (1.17 ±0. 29) of male, (1.22 ±0. 33) of female between males and females. The scores of female were higher than that of male ( t = - 3.69, P 〈 0. 01 ; t = - 2. 778, P 〈 0.01 ). There were significant differences on somatization ( 1.27 ± 0. 35) of master, ( 1.18 ~ 0. 22) of doc- tor, obsessive (1.73 ±0.53) of master, (1.64 _±0.44) of doctor, interpersonal sensitive (1.52 _±0.47) of master, (1.44±0.41) of doctor, depression (1.43 ±0.45) of master, (1.27 _±0.31) of doctor, hostility (1.38 ±0.44) of master, (1.29 ±0.34) ofdoetor, terror (1.22 ±_0.33) of master, (1.15±0.26) of doctor, and paranoia (1.38±0. 40 ) of master, ( 1.33 ± 0. 33 ) of doctor in different levels of graduate students. The scores of master were higher than that of doctor ( P 〈 0. 05 ). Conclusion The scores in our study were better than other previous studies. Mental health status showed significant differences between female and male, and also master and doctor.
