摘要
对我国青少年运动自我效能的研究,不仅可为青少年体育锻炼的研究提供实用工具,还可为运动自我效能领域拓宽研究视角。通过对Bandura自我效能理论和相关研究的分析,在问卷调查的基础上,采用探索性与验证性因素分析方法,初步构建多维度的青少年运动自我效能量表。结果表明:青少年运动自我效能量表为6因素相关结构,即由人际交流、身体健康、休闲娱乐、运动适能、情绪压力、生活评价6个维度构成;通过二阶式验证性因素分析量表的实测模式与理论模式具有良好的适配性。所有因素的标准化回归系数值皆达到显著化水平,因此量表具有良好的聚合效度;通过组成信度与平均变异抽取量对量表进行分析后得出,量表具有良好的信度。以此为基础制定了杭州市青少年体育锻炼自我效能的性别常模和年级常模。
Studies on adolescents exercise self-efficacy in China can not only provide practical tools for youth sports exercise research,but broaden the research perspectives of the exercise self-efficacy field as well. Through the analysis of Bandura self-efficacy theory and other related researches, the present thesis sets to preliminarily build a multi-dimensional adolescents exercise self-efficacy scale with exploratory and confirmatory factor analysis method on the basis of questionnaire. The results show that the adolescent exercise self-efficacy scale consists of six factor-related structures,namely the six dimensions of interper sonal communication, health, leisure, entertainment, sports fitness, emotional stress and life evaluation, and that there is good suitability between the measurement model and the theory model through second-order confirmatory factor analysis type scale. All factors of standardized regression coefficients value has reached significant level, thus indicating the good convergent validity of the scale. Through the analysis of composite reliability and average variance extracted, the study concludes that there is good reliability with the scale,based on which the Grade Norm and Gender Norm of Youth Sports Exercise Self-efficacy of Hangzhou is formulated.
