摘要
分析了小产权房的产生原因,并对小产权房合法化的意义及其难点进行了归纳总结,指出要实现小产权房合法化,首先要明确集体土地产权归属,针对不同类型小产权房区别对待,最终通过土地改革实现其的合法化。
The thesis analyzes limited property house causes, summarizes its legalization meaning and difficulties, and points out suggestions of legalizing limited property house, such as identifying collective land property, treating various limited property houses with various way, and legalizing limited property house through land reform.
