摘要
为了解果树苗断根施肥机断根铲刃使用寿命短的问题,结合实际生产与表面工程技术,通过对断根铲刃的稳定性和耐摩擦磨损性的试验研究,得出了断根铲刃的合理入土角度和提高断根铲刃表面耐摩擦磨损性能的方法,进而提高了断根铲刃的使用寿命。
In order to settle the problem that the service life of root-cutting shovel blade of root-cuttingfertilizing machine is very short.Combined with the productive practice and surface engineering technology,under the root-cutting shovel blade stability and wear resistance test,we find out The root-cutting shovel blade reasonable penetration angle and the manner of improving the root-cutting shovel blade surface resistance and wear performance,then improve the service life of it.
