摘要 用于辐射事故的剂量学材料是事故剂量重建的重要基础,在突发事件和核事故现场的用品中寻找合适的材料作为剂量计具有重要意义。选择电路元件中广泛使用的贴片电阻作为剂量计,研究其光释光特性,测量光释光信号对辐射剂量响应的线性和稳定性。通过对不同预热温度、晒退时间等测量条件的比较,优化了样品的光释光测量条件。实验发现贴片电阻在优化条件下的光释光信号在0.1–10Gy范围内对辐射剂量成良好的线性关系,稳定性较好。 Background: Dosimetry material used for the evaluation of radiation accident dose is an important basis for the reconstruction of accident dose. It is of great significance to select materials for dosimeters suitable for the emergency and accident site to evaluate absorbed dose. Purpose: SMD resistors which are widely used in the circuit components were chosen, and the optimized optically stimulated luminescence (OSL) measurement conditions were studied. Methods: Under different measurement conditions such as preheating temperature and bleach time, the linearity and stability of dose response were studied, and the optimized conditions were determined. Results: It was found that the linearity and stability of OSL dose response performed well in the dose range from 0.1 Gy to 10 Gy under the optimized conditions. Conclusion: It is a good choice to use the SMD resistor as a suitable dosimeter for the accident dose reconstruction.
