各种新技术在图书馆的应用层出不穷,采取什么技术手段提升我们的服务是每个图书馆时刻面临的选择。从西部中小型公共图书馆的实际出发,中小型图书馆在选择、利用新技术时,必须进行综合考虑,不是说最尖端的技术就是最好的,只有各方面适合西部的才是我们首选的方案,要努力从管理入手,做到既提高效率,又不造成资源浪费。
Application of new technologies are emerging in the library, the technical means to enhance our not mean the most cutting -edge technology is the best. Only various suitable aspects of the west are our preferred program. So the libraries should start from the management to achieve efficiency without causing a waste of resources.
