我国图书馆事业要获得可持续发展,必须要有法律来保障。虽然《中华人民共和国公共图书馆法(征求意见稿)》还存在一点小小的瑕疵,但它基本反映了立法宗旨,即保障公民的基本文化权益和促进公共图书馆事业的发展。
In order to achieve sustainable development for libraries in China, there must be laws to protect. Although the ＂People＇s Republic of China Public Library law （ Exposure draft）＂ exerts a little flawed, it basically reflects the legislative purpose, that is to protect the basic cultural rights for citizens and promote the development of public library.
