摘要
目的:了解我院门诊不合理处方现状,提高处方质量,促进合理用药。方法:收集整理我院门诊药房2013年1月至2013年12月间不合理处方共10 383张,分别统计每个季度不合理处方数并分析其原因。结果:不合理处方占全年总处方量的0.52%,其中不规范处方占不合理处方的18.91%,不适宜处方占不合理处方的81.09%,以用法用量不合理情况偏多,占不合理处方总数的67.67%。结论:儿科处方存在少量书写不规范及用药不合理现象,应加强对医师药品信息的宣传,进一步严格用药监管。
Objective： To understand the irrational prescriptions situation in our hospital outpatient department, and improve the quality of prescriptions and the rationality of drug use. Methods： One thousand three hundreds and eighty-three irrational prescriptions in our hospital outpatient department from January 2013 to December 2013 were collected, reviewed and analyzed. Results： Irrational prescriptions accounted for 0.52% of the total. In irrational prescriptions, non-standard prescriptions were 18.91%, and inappropriate prescriptions were 81.09%. The situation of improper dosage was higher, accounting for 67.67%. Conclusions： There were a small amount of non-standard prescriptions and inappropriate prescriptions. The propaganda of physician drug information should be strengthened, and the medical supervision should be further strict.
