摘要
目的:探讨布拉酵母菌对早产儿黄疸的预防效果,以指导临床应用。方法:将我院2011年1月至2013年1月收治的胎龄28~32周的病情稳定、无消化道疾病的106例早产儿,随机分为观察组55例和对照组51例。观察组予以早产儿配方奶加布拉酵母菌100 mg/(kg·d)口服,对照组单纯早产儿配方奶喂养,连续治疗2~4周至校正胎龄34周,观察两组患儿黄疸及并发症发生情况。结果:观察组患儿黄疸出现时间、持续时间及消退时间分别为(4.25±1.18)d、(5.12±1.39)d及(8.56±2.04)d,对照组分别为(2.09±0.98)d,(11.25±1.68)d及(14.21±3.58)d,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。观察组患儿出生后第1天血清胆红素水平与对照组比较差异无统计学意义,但出生后第3天和第7天血胆红素水平与对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。观察组患儿腹胀、喂养不耐受及呼吸暂停发生率均低于对照组(P〈0.05)。结论:口服布拉酵母菌対早产儿黄疸可起到良好的防治作用,效果显著。
Objective: To investigate the influence of saccharomyces boulardii sachets sachets on prevention and treatment of jaundice in premature infants. Methods: One hundred and six premature infants of 28 - 32 weeks of gestation in our hospital were randomly divided into an observation group and a control group. Fifty-five premature infants of the observation group were fed by premature infants formula milk and saccharomyces boulardii sachets [ 100 mg/( kg d) ], while fifty-one premature infants of the control group were fed by premature infants formula milk. The treatment was given for 2 - 4 consecutive weeks. The situation of jaundice and complications were compared between the two groups. Results: The occurrence, duration and fade time in the observation group were (4.25±1.18) days, (5.12±1.39) days and (8.56±2.04) days; in the control group they were (2.09±0.98) days, (11.25±1.68) days and (14.21±3.58) days; the differences were statistically significant ( P〈O. 05 ). In the observation group, the serum bilirubin levels were not statistically different compared to the control group at the first day after birth; it was significantly different (P〈0.05) at the third and seventh day after birth. In the observation group, the abdominal distension, feeding intolerance and apnea incidence rate were lower than those in the control group (P〈O. 05). Conclusions: Oral saccharomyces boulardii sachets for premature jaundice has a good protective and therapeutic effect.
