摘要
国家实施大学生参加城镇居民基本医疗保险体系,全面落实大学生民生工程,实现病有所医,让学生充分享受国家惠民政策,切实保障了在校大学生的基本医疗,大大减轻了社会、学校与大学生个体的经济负担。但在运行过程中,也存在诸多影响运行的问题。以某高校为例,通过对其近几年来的在校大学生参保及运行情况进行调研,分析其存在的问题及其原因,并提出了相应的建议及措施。
The implementation of national college students to participate in the basic medical insurance system for urban residents, the full implementation of college students＇ livelihood projects, and the implementation of medical services to enable students to fully enjoy the national policy have effectively guaranteed college students＇ basic medical needs and greatly reduced the social, school and individual students＇ economic burden. However, there exist also many problems in the course of the operation. Take some university as an example and by a survey of the recent years of college students＇ enrollment and operation situation, this paper analyzes the existing problems and their causes, and puts forward corresponding suggestions and measures.
