摘要
2013年青狮潭水库防洪起调水位高,暴雨来得早,降雨强度大,防洪形势严峻。通过对水雨工情特点的分析,采取相应的防洪调度措施,成功拦截汛期全部洪水,不仅有效地减轻了桂林市的防洪压力,而且水库也取得较好的防洪效益和经济效益。
At Qingshitan Reservoir of 2013, the beginning flood control level was high; rainstorm came early withheavy rainfall; flood protection became difficult. Based on analysis of hydrological, rainfall and engineering condi-tions, corresponding flood regulation measures were adopted to successfully retain all water during flood period,which not only alleviate the flood protection difficulty of Guilin City, but also rendered good flood protection andeconomic benefits for Qingshitan Reservoir.
