摘要
以某花园小区项目为例,通过设计调查问卷,对工程项目投标过程中的风险因素进行分析。进而,以风险矩阵方法为基础,建立包括风险概率(RP)和风险等级(RR)的工程项目投标风险评价体系,并进行应用。最终,通过Borda序值对该花园住宅小区项目投标风险进行排序。
With a example of a garden residential district, through design of the questionnaire, this paper analyzes the risk factors in the process of project bidding. Furthermore, based on a risk-matrix method, it establishes a risk assessment system about project bidding including the risk probability （RP） and the level of risk （RR）, and applies it. Ultimately, it sorts bidding risk of the garden residential project based on Borda.
