摘要
做好大型医院安全保卫工作,是保证医院健康、稳定和持续发展的基本前提,也是医院管理的基本任务。本文以我院突发一起恶性故意伤害事件为背景,通过梳理医院安保工作难点,借鉴国外医疗机构安保措施,探讨强化医院安保工作的应对之道等方面的系统分析,以求切实加强医院安全保卫工作,构建和谐、平安医院。
Security in large hospitals is the base to ensure that the healthy, stable and sustainable development of hospital and basic task of the hospital management. With the background of an intentional injury accident, by identifying the difficulty task in hospital security job and learning from security measures of foreign medical institutions, systematic analysis on strengthening the security work was conducted to optimize the hospital security and build a harmonious, safe hospital.
