设备监理人员是监理企业最重要的资源,如何有效提高设备监理人员的素质、知识与能力,关系到行业和企业的健康、可持续发展。本文从设备监理人员知识、能力需求分析,指出了培训的原则、途径与方法。
Plant engineering consultants are the most important resources for plant engineering consulting companies. How to effectively improve plant engineering consultants’ professional-ism, knowledge and capabilities impacts the healthy and sustainable growth of plant engineering consulting companies and the industry. This article analyzes plant engineering consultants’ re-quired knowledge and capabilities and proposes training principles, approaches and methods.
