摘要
密封面上的接触应力是保证密封性能的一个重要参数。通过有限元分析软件ANSYS,对卡扎里密封垫圈的结构进行优化设计,得到最优的结构尺寸。通过对优化设计的评估,考察垫圈的结构尺寸变化对垫圈密封面上接触应力分布及最大接触应力影响。对优化后的结构进行应力评定,保证垫圈结构的强度及可靠性。有助于垫圈结构设计,保证密封性能。同时可以减小密封系统结构尺寸,利于开发新型垫圈。
The contact stress of sealing surface is an important parameter of ensuring sealing performance. In this paper, optimization design to the Cazalis seal washer structure was carried out by the finite element analysis software ANSYS, and optimal structure and size were obtained. Then through evaluating the result of optimized design, and effects of structure and size of washer on contact stress distribution of washer and the maximum contact stress on the sealing surface of the washer were analyzed. Stress evaluation of the optimized structure can ensure the strength and reliability of gasket structure, which contributes to the washer structure design and ensures the sealing performance. At the same time the sealing system structure size will be reduced, which is conducive to development of new washer.
