摘要
针对汽车行驶过程产生的振动冲击对光通信设备的危害,根据设备结构及光纤的特点,进行有关振动理论分析和隔振设计。结合某工程实例,进行了结构刚性化设计、隔振缓冲设计,同时重点介绍隔振器的正确选型和相关参数的计算方法以及光模块的隔振和加固设计。
The paper focuses on the harm on optical communication equipment from the vibration which caused by the vehicle, and presents the analysis regarding theory of vibration and vibration isolation design, based on the characteristics of equipment structure and optical fiber. The structure design and vibration isola- tion design were introduced together with the case. This paper also described the correct way to choose the vi- bration isolation equipment, the calculation methods of the related parameters, and vibration isolation and strengthening design of the optical module, illustrating the importance of vibration analysis and vibration de- sign to the optical communication equipment.
