摘要
介绍了MDEA脱碳系统在生产中存在腐蚀、溶液中铁离子含量增大、再生蒸汽耗偏高以及化工原料消耗偏高等问题,并进行了原因分析。通过对脱碳系统不断进行技术改造,脱碳系统处理能力由33 000 m^3/h提高至38 000 m^3/h,吨氨MDEA消耗下降了0.3~0.4 kg。
A description is given of the problems existing in MDEA decarbonization system in production, such as corrosion, iron ion content increasing in solution, higher consumption of regenerative steam and chemical raw materials, and the causes are analyzed. After continuous technological transformation of decarbonization system, the processing capacity of the decarbonization system is increased from 33 000 m3/h to 38 000 m3/h, and MDEA consumption is reduced by 0.3 0.4 kg per ton of ammonia.
