摘要
目的观察肛垫缝扎固定术治疗内痔的临床疗效。方法将120例内痔患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组60例。治疗组采用肛垫缝扎固定术治疗,对照组采用贯穿结扎术治疗。观察临床疗效、手术时间、早期并发症、住院时间、住院费用、肛门功能、患者满意度等。结果两组手术时间相近,总有效率均为100%,术后肛门功能保护良好,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);肛垫缝扎固定术在缩短住院时间、降低费用、减少术后早期并发症(疼痛、出血、水肿、排尿困难、排便困难)、提高患者满意度方面明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论肛垫缝扎固定术与贯穿结扎术治疗内痔疗效相似,是一种有效治疗内痔的微创外科手术方法,具有安全、痛苦小、并发症少、患者满意度高等优点。
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of anal cushions suture fixation in the treatment of internal hemorrhoids. Methods One hundred and twenty cases with internal hemorrhoids were randomized into treatment group and control group, with 60 cases in each group. Treatment group was treated by anal cushions suture fixation, and control group was treated by through ligation. The clinical efficacy, operation time, complications, hospital stay, expense, anal function, and patient satisfaction were observed. Results The operation time was highly similar between the two groups, and the total effective rates were 100% in both groups. No significant difference was found in anal function between the two groups （P 〉 0.05 ） ; the hospital stay, expense and early postoperative complications （ pain, hemorrhage, edema, dysuria, difficult defecation） were reduced by anal cushions suture fixation effectively, and the patient satisfaction was improved in treatment group, with significant difference between tile two groups （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion The clinical effect of anal cushions suture fixation for the treatment of internal hemorrhoids are similar to through ligation. The results showed that anal cushions suture fixation is a new effective minimally itnvasive treatment technique of internal hemorrhoids surgery. It is safe with less pain, less complication and high satisfaction of patients.
