系统心理训练优化高职护生职业心理素质的研究 被引量:2

摘要 目的探讨系统心理训练对优化高职护生职业心理素质的效果。方法将我院2011级240名高职护生随机分对照组和观察组各120名,观察组采用系统心理训练,对照组采用传统心理教育,采用症状自评量表和职业心理素质量表测评,比较两组的职业心理素质水平差异。结果干预前,两组高职护生的心理健康和职业心理素质的得分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预后,除躯体化因子外,观察组的其余心理症状因子得分显著低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组职业心理素质各项得分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论系统心理训练能优化高职护生职业心理素质,有利于培养"实用型"高技能护理人才。 Objective To explore the effect of systematic psychological training on improving professional psychological quality of higher vocational nursing students. Methods Totally 240 higher vocational nursing students were randomly divided into observation group, in which systematic psychological training was conducted and control group, in which traditional psychological training was used. Symptom Checklist-90 and Professional Psychological Quality Scale were applied for the comparison of students ’ professional psychological quality. Results There was no statistical significance of students ’ scores of psychological health and professional psychological quality before the training (P〉0.05), but after the training, the scores of all the other factors except somatization in observation group were obviously lower (P〈0.05) and the scores of all dimensions in Professional Psychological Quality Scale were higher than those in control group (P〈0.05). Conclusion Systematic psychological training is effective for improving professional psychological quality of higher vocational nursing students and the cultivation of quality nursing talents.
