摘要
本文结合当前学术界对普通高校行政管理专业实践教学理论研究的现状,针对经调研访谈所掌握的行政管理专业实践教学存在的共性问题,提出行政管理专业教育质量的提升需在科学合理的培养方案指导下,既多途径提高实践教学教师队伍素质,也需学生积极配合。
Based on the academic research on practice teaching of public administration courses in universities and the common problems found out from interviews ,this paper pointed out that to upgrade the the education quality,we need the improvement of the quality of the teachers for teaching practice courses and also the cooperation of the students under the guidance of the curiculum.
