摘要
从理论上弄清DB公司关于定位器坡度的设计理念和算法,对于弓网系统优化设计和接触网的日常维护都十分重要。基于弓网系统的动力学特性,利用静力学平衡方程推算DB公司接触网设计软件中关于定位器坡度的计算方法。研究结果表明:DB公司在设定定位器的坡度时,有意使定位点的接触导线向上提升了71.28×10-3mm。算法结果与DB公司的计算结果完全吻合,说明计算方法与DB公司的算法是一致的。
It would be of very significance for the optimization design of pantograph and overhead contact wire system(POCS) and daily maintenance of overhead line system to theoretically throw light upon the design philosophy and algorithm of slope with registration arm produced by DB company. Based on the mechanical behavior of POCS, the static equilibrium equation was utilized to analyze the gradient algorithm of registration arm with the design software of overhead line system. The results show that during the process of designing the slope of registration arm, the contact wire at setpoint is purposely lifted by 71.28 × 10^-3 mm. The results derived by the method in this paper completely match those of DB company, which indicates the consistency of the utilized method.
