摘要
儒家文化背景下的中国民营企业中的信任关系表现为显著的情感导向。建立在伦理、忠诚、恩义、血缘、婚姻基础的信任关系,在民营企业成长历程中,不但表现为差序格局的人类学特征,更加表现出现实性、功利性和实用主义的文化倾向。推进公司治理的过程中,民营企业既具有传统家族化组织的特性,又必须适应现代化公司组织的发展需要,受到中国儒家文化信任关系与现代商业专业理性的双重影响,根源在于制度性信任条件的缺失与理性商业价值观的失落。民营企业公司治理需要解决的核心问题是,需要突破儒家家族文化带来的内外有别、情感导向的信任机制局限,在现代商业理性和企业发展利益诉求之间,找到最佳的解决方案。
The performances of the trust relationship under the Chinese Confucian cultural background in Chinese private enterprises show a significant emotional orientation. Trust relationship based on ethics, loyalty, gratitude, blood and marriage, in the context of private enterprise growth, not only play shows the differential pattern characteristic of anthropology, but also shows more realistic, utilitarian and pragmatic cultural tendencies. Private enterprise although has the characteristics of a traditional family-oriented organization, it must meet the development needs of the modern company organization. Trust relationships with the Chinese Confucian cultural influence and modern business professional ration have double impact on China Private enterprises' practice of corporate governance. The reasons of private enterprises facing a crisis of confidence in corporate governance root in the lack of institutional trust and rational business values. The key problem of corporate governance of Chinese private enterprises is that they need to break the limitations of Confucian family culture's differentiated and emotion-oriented trust mechanism, and try to find the best solution between the modern business demands ration and enterprises development interests.
