摘要
针对锚索延伸率小、在变形较大巷道使用效果不好这一问题,设计了一种接长锚杆替代常规锚索,能够克服由于井下巷道尺寸及搬运条件、锚杆长度受到一定约束的限制。利用实验室和数值模拟实验分析了接长锚杆的力学特性,优化了接长锚杆的结构。将接长锚杆应用于贺西煤矿某回采巷道,取得了良好效果。
As the extensibility of cable anchor is small,it will not achieve good effectiveness when used in roadway with large deformation. Considering this problem,one kind of butt long bolt was designed to replace the conventional cable anchor in road way. At the same time,it can overcome those restrictions resulted from the size of roadway,transport conditions,the length of bolt and so on. Mechanical behavior of butt long bolt was analyzed by laboratory and numerical simulation experiments,meanwhile,it' s structure was optimized. Field application in roadway of Hexi Coal Mine has got better effectiveness.
